Mayor Rahm Emanuel unveiled his proposed 2015 city budget yesterday. From cutting health benefits for our retired seniors, to imposing regressive taxes on Chicago's working families - the proposed 2015 budget is 'balanced' on the backs of working people.

I believe it's time our Aldermen close corporate tax loopholes and ask millionaires and billionaires to pay their fair share, instead of reaching deeper into the pockets of everyday Chicagoans.
